I changed the list a bit, went a little more...'normal' I guess is the best term.

No need in this list, if he does get into combat it will only be for the lulz.
Other than that you can't shoot him (magic attacks only), can't magic him (I had 4/2/2/2 and still came out with less pd than his dd).
He doesn't even need to be visible since he can treat Skink priests within 24" like focus familiars.

Yeah I was looking at your book hoping to find something that says taking ancients as mounts counts toward the rare choices. But it's not there, so I'm going to write it in pen.

Uhhh doesn't ''channeling'' state that it's ONLY magic missiles? Not huge since he spams em (Cooter) but he can't throw fire walls or such through a skink.

Also Kaleb convinced me to change my list again. Grave Guard are out, unit is too small to be effective and the varghulf (even after making every regen save for 3 turns of combat against his Doom Wheel) is out for another Black Coach.

Cut down the casting a little which should up my comp a good bit. Was able to slip some good options in the list with the free points.

Thanks Joko, that's what I'm going to stick with for the 2k tournament. Now I just need to incorporate that into the 2999 for the Size Matters Not Tourney cause I really don't want to add more stuff to my painting table.

Paint the Vampire (the lady vamp from the army deal)

Display board (anyone know how to do this?)

I really like a list with Dreadlance Vampire and 2-3 casting vamps or necros. The dreadlance is wicked against things like Stegs and Hydras. That is increased when he is rocking into a monster or unit with Black Knights. Blood Knights i dont like, they are too expensive and either get shot to death with shooting or magic, or get drug around the table by skirmishers or fast moving units.

But VC stuggle right now with the other top armies. So it is hard sometimes to make list knowing that is primarly what you are going to face.

Just take Demons Brad that is what all the cool kids are doing!

Screw demons, I had actually bought the stuff to play them in fantasy but couldn't bring myself to put all the models together and actually field them. This is of course after seeing how they were doing in games (when you and Matt were building your lists), no I couldn't do it.

As for painting:
