does runes of warding work against enemey psykers or all psykers who arent friendly?

and would they affect there allies (grey knights) negitivly

I believe it says enemy psykers, but I would have to double check to be sure.

Allies of Convenience units are counted as enemy units, so yea, if you team GK and Eldar, you GK are affected by the runes
