I havent played anything in a long ass time and that will give me an excuse.

Ok so progress on the Salamanders not where I wanted it to be, but what are you going to do. So I have uploaded some more random models that I have done and figured that would keep people some what interested in this blog:

That mantic stuff looks good when painted up. Seen the boxes around but didn't get a good sense of the models.

Yeah the models are easy to paint, inexpensive and are mostly plastic.

I am also work for the company so.......

But really though everyone is on the fence with us until they put together or paint some stuff

Another update......but not for the Salamanders

So Mantic is putting out a Sci-Fi game, Warpath, that will be hitting stores in the next couple of weeks. We all know that 40k has dominated the Sci-Fi miniatures market since the beginning of time, but I think Warpath will add some fresh new models that dont break your bank to buy and ironically enough they will blend in pretty good with your 40k ones.

Warpath: Marauder Grunt Leader








The Marauders are Mantic's Orx race. In the background they were trained by the Coporation Troops (Imperial Guard Types) and then revolted against them. So they have military training but with the attitude of an Orx.

Holy fking as well Its John McCardell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do i see a revival of the old crew coming?? That would be awesome to see you back McCardell. I hope you are the Family are doing well too!

Also those are some pretty neat looking models coming from mantic games!

I wonder how the old crew would do against the new crew?

Hey Joe,

You know if you want we could put some of these units and/or models on display at Games and Stuff if you don't mind. They wouldn't be touched or messed with or anything like that. Only 3 of us have access to the case.

Plus it might spark interest in Games and Stuff carrying the line if they aren't already. Its been a while since I have window shopped.

That's a good idea. When I get some units done for the Warpth game I will get with you guys.

Though I might post some pictures of stuff I have been working on while in exile.

Greg good to see you are still around. Would definitely be great to see everyone again and cant wait to get home.

Like I said I will be trying to pop in on the 4th, likely not the 5th now, kid has his final soccer game and a bday party to go to.

John the stuff is looking good man. If you come down on the 4th I should be around.

In NJ for work for two years. S/B coming back in July 2012.

For anyone wondering, these models were done with a very quick basic paint method. My prices depend on what level the client would like to have the model/models painted to.

BillG was just wanting some simple work done to get them on the table.
