| Malifaux is a new skirmish type game from Wyrd Miniatures that has come out recently. It seems like a rather interesting game with some awesome models. The game itself seems to only require around 6 or so models. I was just wondering if anybody shared an interest in this game. | |

| It's a great game. We have a large group of people playing up here, and have gone through about 3 dozen rulebooks. We're making all the cool scenic bits in the back of the book, and may have some tournaments.
Background and fluff are excellant. Rules are a bit complex, but not any worse than Warmachine. Very good feel to it.

| Awesome. I really want to get into this game but I was worried about the lack of players since its a rather new game. Its good to hear of its popularity. | |

| It's really picking up steam in some areas, and has the makings of something that will be around for awhile. Part of it is up to the local store. If the rules and models are in stock, it's obviously going to get more players, quicker. I like miniature games, so I pay a lot of attention to them. This one really impressed me, and I carried it right from the start. A few customers saw it at Gencon last year, and let me know about it, and I was lucky that one of my distributors already carried the miniatures.
At this point, all major game distributors are scrambling to get the game in, and many stores are starting to carry it. It has the same feel warmachine did in it's first couple of months.
If G&S doesn't have it instock, let them know they can order it from Alliance or ACD now. The small distributor that first carried it is E-Figs, and they still carry the best stock levels on it.

| G&S does have the Rulebook and all of the starter sets fortunately, so the only problem for me is acquiring money. :/ | |

| Something I've been looking into as D6 Gen has raved about it. Would like to see the rules and such before I buy though. Any game that has a mini that's a baby with blood on em and a big butcher knife w/ teddy bear is tops in my book. | |

| Was looking at the Death Marshalls, hopefully they are okay. I liked the models. Well that and of course the Neverborn. | |

| Jonny has actually read the rules and seems to know if stuff seems good or not in game. I have not done that at all really, but know that I like electric spiders and redneck goblins, so that's what I went with. | |

| There are nothing that is "bad", as far as I have seen. The Death Marshals are rather cheap in points. They have a decent ranged and melee attack, and they have an ability that makes all Death Marshals around them do more damage in melee. With that buff, they can hit considerably hard. They also have a few nifty abilities like one where they trap and enemy in a box, and one where they get to have one last action right before they die. | |

| I finished painting my factions, and picked up a bunch of extra stuff for arcanists and goblins, so could do demos for people, though I'm still learning the rules myself. | |
