| Hey Hey,
Gothic is a game i've always wanted to get into but never had enough people to play with. So starting in 2 weeks, most likely September 1st, i want to start a casual following for Gothic. Right now i have a Tyranid fleet and i will be starting a Chaos fleet afterwards.
I do NOT want to start a league or tournament or anything of that nature just yet. I want to keep this casual so many people have time to pick up the new game and learn its features. Eventually we will use Gothic as part of a 40k event (liek planetstrike campaign)
Let me know what you guys think of starting this off casual AND if anyone is interested!!!

| Hey Frenchy.....I was talking to John Spencer last night about your idea to start some casual BFG, and he made an interesting suggestion. He said that maybe we shouldn't start so soon on this, and to start once the whole Blood Bowl craze has passed on. I think its a good suggestion, especially with some of the Blood Bowl players wanting to get in on BFG, and painting up fleets. I think we might benefit in posting that this is coming soon, and to start working on your fleets now, so we can be ready to roll once the blood bowl season has passed on. | |

| Well I'll be studying my rule book as its been a while since Admiral Kevin has been at the helm. My fleet will be in hot stand by ready to go. So if anyone want to take a break from playing a game with a ball to command a fleet with millions of tons of space faring death, let me know. I may be busy though, I just picked up that ball game myself and looking forward to learning to play.
Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead! -Admiral Farragut

I dont disagree with you at all. Thats why its just going to be casual. No league, no tournament; just a breath of fresh air from all the regular 40k and fantasy games out there. The bloodbowl league is in full effect, as well as the mordhiem thing. For those that are not in either of these campaigns, or have their teams already painted and completed, i think that BFG could be looked at as their next project. Nothing official is going to come of BFG until next year.

| I have an assembled (unpainted) ork fleet. I have played BFG a couple times and never got past the fun of ramming the silly imperial ships. I think I even have enough parts left over to make a Hulk. | |
