Need help starting an army!!! Easterlings vs Moria!!!

I am new to the game WOTR, and I am wondering what peoples inputs on the two armies are. I either want to start a Moria goblin army, or an Easterlings army. What do people know about these two armies??? Thanks for your input!!!

I don't know much about moria, I do know allot about easterlings.

Pros of the easterling army
1 high defiance
2 good priced models
3 chariots count as monsters so they strike before cav and infantry
4 access to crossbows
5 you have mumaks
6 the heroes in your section of the book have allot of really good skills.
7 the fight of your heroes almost all have epic strike this will be important when it comes to challenges
8 khamul sick one of the best ring wraths IMHO
9 allies you can take anything from different characters to extra ring wraths.
Cons
1 low courage not good
2 there str is not very high
3 core troops have a lower fight then good
4 real lack of legendary units to work with
5 they only have 2 monsters chariots for 100 points witch you can make a king for 50 points. Always do this or mumakills great units but somewhat unreliable, and for 250 points I would like something a little more affective.

Now I've herd of some of the lists you can do with moria and that’s cool and all but no one wants to play a guy with 3 dragons and 3 units of goblins a little cheese.
