Dropzone Games JUNE 9th

Just so you know. Dropzone will be demoing Flames of War to all who can attend on June 9th. They will be providing the armies to play and will walk anyone through a more than basic run down of the rules. I hope to see you all there. They will starting around noon until whenever. Plus its a chance to catch up with Tom for those who remember the the fun manager of the bunker and not the bunker ass hat.

tat sounds amazing I'll be there wih bells on thanks brian. Who else is going to this hobby or play games.
Just remember this is at the old bunker but its not the old bunker. so be good dont cause any trouble for Tom.

Stopped by yesterday and chatted with Tom for a while. Store looks nice, the painting stations particularly are nice. The actual play tables are a little less nice than the old GW tables used to be, but that's to be expected. The product selection was nice, lots of GW stuff and then alt-models to use in GW armies. Battlefront was well represented too, but that's to be expected since they're relatively local and there's a large community locally.

Should be a good store, will be interesting to see how it fares with a minis-only business model.
