Folariath Robe and Magical Attacks

Hey guys, so I've been wondering about the Folariath's Robe + Talisman of Saphery combo for Mr Archmage here... While browsing the various forums I frequent, I kept reading about instances where that particular combo would be void (such as the old school Black Knight's wight blades special rule). So I was wondering how many instances where Magical Attacks are bestowed outside of Magic Weapons or spells (Flaming Sword of Rhuin, etc).

everything with magical attacks that u can not make mundane are very noticable like abom and crap like that in those type of games you stay away from them lol.
