Hearing lots of rumors about units. Heard:

Rattling Guns are str5 and can move and shoot.
Stormvermin ASF,
Poison Wind Globadiers now have d6 hits per ‘hit’. No new models.
Jezzails 0-1 unit, no skirmishers, but cheaper. No new models. S5AP not S6 (I have 20 of these models.. maybe units size 20
Warp Lightning cannon no new model. Follows normal war machine rules.
Warpfire launcher New plastic model included in Screaming bell kit.
New big burrowing rat monster, new metal model on chariot base. Can be configured cc or shooty. US5, regeneration, stubborn, causes terror, may tunnel and charge in any direction on turn it appears. Other units may follow tunnel, but may get eaten!!

Nothing official but with 4000+ points of Skaven you can bet I'm excited!

Skaven have always interested me, and I think this codex will bring me over to WHFB.

Yes! Wooo! The time for me to bring out my skraven again is on the horizon! About time! I like exclamation points! Loud noises!

I like the fact that the clanrats actually look reasonably....less dorky. Current models have those huh---uuuuggggee hands and feet. Its freaky.

That giant burrowy-thingy you mentioned sounds like a creature from the Hell Pit list. They had something sorta-kinda like that.

I just want to see the return of the screaming bell, or the hamster wheel of death thing. To bad I already have to many armies, or these would be fun to get.

skaven are amazing i love the skaven
