| So I was looking at the Space Marine Codex today, and I found some interesting things. The most interesting thing I found was Kor’sarro Khan allowing all units with combat tactics, and their dedicated transports, the ability to outflank. Then Tigurius allows you to reroll your reserve rolls, to maximize the number of units you get it.
Would something like this work? If so, what kinds of things would you take in an all outflanking army? Since only units and transports can outflank, would I want any non-transport vehicles. Also, I would assume that I wouldn't want any heavy weapons since I wouldn't be able to shoot them the turn I come on the board.
Oh yeah, as you might of assumed by using Khan and Tigurius, I do not plan on having a very "thematic" list. I just plan on making a super sweet Space Marine army.

| If your trying to deploy nothing, I would think lots of razorbacks could provide heavy firepower and some movement. Since you need ten marines to give em special weapons since you don't have to worry about them put the points on the Sargent. Then give tiguris some assault terminator buddies and deepstrike em around. | |

| I like the idea of Razorback spam, since the only other way I'd get anti-tank would be special weapons, but since I need ten Marines and I can only get one special weapon per squad, Razorbacks definitely seem the way to go. Also, I've never been a fan of deep striking because of the scattering, and not being able to charge the turn they come out, although I do like the idea of outflanking Land Raider Redeemers. | |

| I have faced a similar army. It had Khan, Tigurius, and Razor Spam. Sadly, Tigurius does not allow you to re-roll the die that determines which side you outflank on.
If you can catch a player unprepared, this can be a good tactic.

| Yeah, it kind of sucks about only rerolling reserves, but hopefully with all of the Razorbacks, I will have enough so that if one doesn't go on the side I want it to, I can hopefully have the next one go where I wanted the first one to go.
Obviously this could definitely destroy an unaware player, but what about the one that knows exactly what I am doing? Even with them moving in position to counter my Razors, would I still be able to achieve victory against pretty much any other army just by out-playing them?
Oh, what about drop-podding Dreadnaught spam with Tigur and a Master of the Forge, because that also seems like it would be quite funny.

| I would not use Khan. Not ever. Those whiskers are out of control, he's a loose cannon. Take the psycher. | |
